Another key point is to find someone who knows how to teach, and will give you all the details that you need, step-by-step in a direct non-hype way. There is nothing like trying to learn from someone who puts on a good show but delivers nothing.

Without a step-by-step guide, you will miss a lot or have to figure it out on your own.

3. Time and/or money. The more money you have, the less time it will take, but you have to realize that it will take time no matter how much money you have.

There is nothing that is absolutely free. You will need at least a good, preferably high speed, internet connection. There are a lot of places where you can advertise for free, if you know how to do it, but it takes more time and effort.

On the flip side, there are a lot of places like Google Adwords to advertise on that can move really fast. The bad part is that if you don't know what you are doing, you can lose your shirt. Though with the right coach and training, you can make $100k a month.

4. Hard work. Don't let the idea of hard work scare you. The more you learn, the easier it gets and the more fun. There will always be things that you don't like doing (taxes -- for example) but as you dive into it, and put forth the effort to learn your craft then it becomes fun.

People spend thousands of dollars, and years of their lives in school (I'm not knocking school – school’s good!) just to graduate with heavy debt and a $40,000 a year job. So why not spend a few hundred dollars, and a few months of your time to set yourself up to earn $100,000 plus every month?

It takes time. It takes effort. It takes perseverance and a stick-to-it attitude to push through the hard times, the tough problems and the learning curve.

But just for a moment, close your eyes and imagine what it would be like to earn $100,000 every month. Month in and month out, in your bank account. What would you do? What would you buy? Who would you help?

It is possible. It is up to you though.
